Rocky Point House
Situated just a few meters from the shoreline, this beachfront residence is carefully positioned in an L-shaped layout that embraces a central courtyard, offering both openness and privacy. This configuration creates a sheltered outdoor space while maximizing views and connection to the natural surroundings.
One wing of the house features a spacious, double-height volume that serves as the primary living and gathering area: open, airy, and immersed in natural light. The opposite wing houses the private quarters, with bedrooms oriented to take advantage of prevailing breezes and natural cross ventilation, ensuring comfort in a tropical climate.
The design is rooted in simplicity and functionality, blending indoor and outdoor living while responding thoughtfully to its coastal context.
